2.1 Contact form (Teamleader)

When you fill in the quote request form, the following data is collected:

• First and last name
• Business email address
• Phone number
• Company or organisation name
• Postal address
• Intra-community VAT number (optional)
• Description of your project or need

Purpose: processing of your commercial enquiry and follow-up through the Teamleader CRM (Teamleader NV, Dok-Noord 3A bus 101, 9000 Ghent). This data is transmitted to and stored on Teamleader's servers, subject to their own privacy policy.

Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

2.2 Browsing data (Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager)

This site uses Google Analytics (Google LLC, Mountain View, CA, USA) via Google Tag Manager to measure audience and improve the user experience. The data collected includes:

• IP address (anonymised)
• Pages visited and visit duration
• Device type, browser and operating system
• Country of origin (without precise location)
• Traffic source (search engine, direct link, etc.)

Legal basis: consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR). A cookie banner allows you to accept or decline these trackers on your first visit.

Google may transfer this data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Learn more: policies.google.com/privacy.

3. Retention period

• Form data: kept in Teamleader for the duration of the commercial relationship, then archived for 5 years in accordance with Belgian accounting obligations.
• Analytics data: kept for 14 months in Google Analytics (default setting).

4. Data recipients

Your data is intended exclusively for PIM Consult SRL staff authorised to process commercial enquiries, and for the following processors:

• Teamleader NV — CRM (DPA in force)
• Google LLC — analytics (EU-US Data Privacy Framework)
• Infomaniak Network SA — site hosting

Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access (art. 15): obtain a copy of your data
• Right to rectification (art. 16): correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure (art. 17): request deletion of your data
• Right to restriction (art. 18): restrict processing
• Right to portability (art. 20): receive your data in a structured format
• Right to object (art. 21): object to processing
• Withdrawal of consent: at any time for analytics cookies

PIM Consult SRL implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction.
